Business Process Analysis

A synthetic view of any processes shows that they are full of excepcions and rework. The work consists in pruning. Sometimes the reprocess is correlated with the tasks, or with raw material qualities, sometimes with a role, sometimes whith experience, sometimes with people.

To analize process when you have a log is a bless for process engineers. In that moment a process engineer is a data analyst. To group, summarize and filter and arrange are the needed tasks.

The logs have a great particularity, are Time Series, and Graph too and a hidden Markov's chains. There are many possibilities for analysis. Time can be measure, activities can be counted and assigned, and other associated properties can be involved.
